1. Defective components are entitled to a full refund policy (excluding freight charges) if returned as original package within 5 days of received date. Consumer must report issues within 5 days for policy to be effective. Refund will be processed within the next 5 business days. Duration of refund may vary due to consumers’ bank processing.
Below are the clauses that are not claimable under the full refund policy.
• Missing contents from original package
• Wrong compatibility for purchased components
• Tampered components (etc. modifications done, misused)
• Damages on the product resulted during freight (Refer to Shipping/Deliveries Clause 4)
2. No exchange of purchases is allowed.
3. Consumers may request for a full refund if order is being consecutively delayed by shipment/delivery or other issues. This will be subjected to negotiation with ST Powered.
