Shipping and Delivery

1. ST Powered caters to worldwide for shipping. The shipping charges will be reflected upon checking out.

2. Any importation fees (e.g. customs, brokerage, duty, tariff, tax charges) that may accompany your shipment are excluded. Any addition payment for such importation fees will not be paid by ST Powered and will be solely accounted to the consumer. If consumer opts out to pay for the charges, ST Powered reserves the rights to deduct all related costs incurred for the return shipment from the refund.

3. All exports will be declared on the actual product purchase price. ST Powered will not attend to any request of lowering the invoice value.

4. Consumers must ensure that the delivery address provided is correct. Any lost mail of PO boxes will not be attended if courier has stated successful delivery. Consumer will be solely liable for any additional fees to be incurred due to unsuccessful delivery or reschedule of delivery.

5. If delivery was rejected at customs due to regulations, delivery charges of unsuccessful attempt will be deducted from the refund amount. Thus, consumers are strongly recommended to check their local customs regulations before purchase.

6. Once the delivery status is updated as “shipped out” out, if product is not received after 30 days, consumer has the rights to request for full refund, subject to negotiation with ST Powered.

7. All shipping packages will be verified to be fully sealed with no damage upon pickup by courier. Thus, parcel recipient is recommended to report any damages on the product soonest so as to allow faster liaising for ST Powered and the selected courier.

8. Any cost to incur for issues/damages in shipment proceeded without the selection of freight insurance will be bear solely by the consumer.

9. Shipping duration for backorder varies with the transit from manufacturer and other unforeseen circumstances. Thus, we strongly recommend for kind patience on such orders.

10. Status update for backorder will only be sent via email with the delivery tracking number once the product has been shipped out.
