This core was selected to increase the thickness of the stock radiator by over 50% to boost the Type Rs heat capacity and endurance which is especially helpful during track conditions. In addition, the all-aluminum construction replaces the weak plastic tanks found on the stock unit. Koyorad has engineered this radiator with precision, to directly replace the stock OEM radiator, maintaining provisions for the factory fans, fan switch, A/C condenser, and accepts OEM hoses for a quick and simple installation. Koyorads advanced engineering and design methods, impeccable welds, experienced furnace brazing, and triple pressure testing for quality has earned their excellent reputation in performance cooling worldwide.
